Sorry to disagree Pic. IMO it's not the mess which is the problem, but the character and mindset of politicians. Ron Paul had his chance to change history, but he doesn't have the will and (consequently) appeal to do it. He does things at 50%. And imagine he is the only one asking for radical change.

You need someone with a character like this Bart Chilton to achieve things. He sets a target and sacrifices everything to reach that target, including his own carreer. I don't think Ron Paul is ever willing to do that, not even at his age, which is surprising. He likes to be and remain part of the establishment.
