I can't rationally explain their statements.

They stated there shouldn't be position limits unless there is sudden or unreasonable fluctuations or unwarranted changes" in the prices of these products,

HSBC is the primary cause of the fishing lines yet they have the balls to say that there shouldn't be position limits since there is never any sudden or unreasonable fluctuations or unwarranted changes in the prices of these products.

They must think we are stupid.
