Hey there guys!

Been a while, but I've been watching here and there... to sum it up it's been a snore-fest in both the news and in our company for months. Corruption, manipulation, good stocks stagnant, bad stocks soaring, corporations running everything under the sun, Democrats acting like wimps, Republicans acting like self-rightous bullies, the rich get richer and dude... the poor are definitely getting the picture.

Anyhow, at least the trillions we have all flooded the markets with has resulted in a new job for my wife, and quite possibly one for me as well. Just wish I could be happy earning money borrowed from my kids! There is always the load of ECU shares I have to think about... ha, ha got you on that one... :) ...that's what should be my saving grace, but as we all know on this board - the 'good investments' are not the ones which meet all the normal criteria one would expect, the 'good investments' are those that are deemed good by those who will make the big money and will subsequently dump them as 'bad' when it well suits them.

Hmmm... still a war in Afghanistan fighting someone (not sure who), still bombs going off in Baghdad daily, still banks doing the same sh$t different day, still politicians who promise the world and deliver meek attempts at breaking the ideological divide and still a public that walks through each day like lemmings lapping up the pages of celebrity gossip and American Idol results. Sigh. I guess I'd feel lie participating more if something actually happened!

Anyhow, we need some action on our side folks. Let's think locally and impact globally - let's brainstorm ways to get this ECU Ferrari (with no wheels) off the block and on the road. We need drill results, we need headlines, we need to get the word out and prove what we have. Let's use the press... push the 'word' out there and get a bit of lift. Look at master manipulators like Mohammed Bin Rashid... when Dubai got itself totally mired in debt due to his hollow 'Nike' slogans ('Ambition is everything') and the world started to dump on them... they 'find' oil offshore (although no one will say how much, where and who found it). Why are there no details, cause details mean NOTHING! Thorough research and due diligence is for DINOSAURS - we need image baby, image!

So here's my contribution:

Target market: Primarily Males between 25-45 (with 'cash'... I use the term loosely)

Slogan: "ECU for the Man in You...!"

Face of the Company: 50 Cent (we get him to change his name to "Solid AG": the AG will stand for Auld Gangster) he's have a whole line of silver rings, guns, chains etc. made from pure ECU...

Hit the tabloids: We sell sensational stories to News of the World et al. about how rubbing silver bars on your belly helps weight loss for key celebrities

Set up a viral web campaign promoting a horror movie: "Poltergeist Mining" featuring a very cool serial killer named Enzo Cycho Urbano & the mafia of the mine

Money Idol: Get a bunch of pretty boys and girls to succumb to various mining activities with one getting voted off each week. We use them to man the drilling equipment for free so there is no more dilution in shares.

Start rumors: Michael Jackson... how he really died! Get the juicy gossip on who really knew how to get to Mikey: Bernake... Nadler... the Gold Cartel! What's really buried under Neverland Ranch and why the Cartel had to have him 'get got'...

Cross-Marketing: Get BMW to make a X-ECU special edition model that only comes in silver and gold.

...any other good ideas? Remember things like 'change the system', 'vote the bums out', 'wait for the inevitable change' are totally OLD SKOOL and are just not cool anymore- creativity folks! The gauntlet is dropped!
