Not wanting to speak for Pic. I can tell you that CPN as got a "freaking" lot of Gold, which can all be open pit minded. Only problem is the licensing issue. Romania got burned in the past with environmental issues with past "explorers".

CPN is joined at the hips with Gabriel "GBU". If ever that licensing issue gets cleared up, it's a no brainer.

Just my opinion.
