Swordfish Financial To Trade Shares For Bullion

March 9, 2010 (FinancialWire) -- Swordfish Financial, Inc. said it has signed a letter of intent to exchange 623,950 shares of its common stock for 31,197,500 kilograms of gold bullion.
Minnesota-based Swordfish Financial said it primary revenue source will come from the recovery and/or margin of orphaned and dormant assets of high net worth individuals and companies held in financial institutions around the world.
The company said it will use a portion of the funds generated by asset recovery efforts to finance small and medium sized organizations by providing asset based funding against marketable "income producing and/or marginable" assets provided those companies meet our eco-friendly or humanitarian criteria.
