If that's Matt Taibibi's piece in the Rolling Stone about Goldman Sachs, Mike97 posted it yesterday in the morning, and it looks like it's gotten some response here.

That's at least the second revealing piece on Goldman that Taibibi has written and my guess is that a lot of copies have already been sent to Andrew Cuomo, New York's Attorney General and son of the former governor, who already has gone after some of the financial big shots on Wall Street including current fraud charges against Bank of America.

Too bad Eliot Spitzer, the former AG and NY governor isn't still around, since he seemed to dislike some of these Wall Street guys and broke a lot of their chops when he was in office. But Cuomo is no slouch, and if there is something he can get his teeth into, I wouldn't be surprised to see him building a case and going after Goldman. There's a lot of stuff on Goldman already out there.

Can hope anyway, since I've given up on expecting Washington and the regulators to do anything about this sort of thing.
