there's a chart here which shows the retirement age of the forthcoming baby boomer generation, and those goverments who rely on the working to cover the cost of these pensions have a developing social payment problem, especially if there's deflating house prices at the same time, as people then have difficulty down sizing to release equity, and win a poor jobs market those at retirement age are really unemployable.
