Okay, so the special warrants are deemed to be exercised. Next 10 days or so, watch the net outstanding short position for ECU collapse as these new shares are handed over to cover shorts. The net result is that shareholders got screwed again.

Coach, I was under the impression that these special warrants were taken up mainly by existing shareholders. I am also under the belief that those shorting the shares are brokerage houses (and not necessarily existing shareholders - remember the large elephant syndrome we have complained about ad nauseum?).

Didn't someone post a while back that the institution in the US that is handling this pp would not be shorting the shares? So scratch them off the list.

We will see what kind of price action we get now, and once the past two months dore production is given out, etc, etc.
