Dear John: Some strong opinions around about this. I just cannot find a
plausible connection of logic for this speculation. Hurricanes and storm
fronts, no problem, easy to influence with the energy levels in the HAARP. They
can make gas molecules dance to their tune over sizable focused areas. Plenty
of ionizing energy in those radio waves.

BUT, THEY ARE JUST RADIO WAVES..

The Great Quakes, let's even go down to Class 4+ quakes, are a snapbreak
shuddering motion of the tectonic plates created by pressure waves which snap
the crystalline structures and pressure joints in the crust when it is pushed
and pulled beyond its range (whatever that is and it varies radically from time
to time and place to place, no constants). The primary engines are the spin
motion, the major wobble motion, and the gravity attractors of the Moon and Sun.
The confluence of these vast energies cause the snapple crack pop of the quakes
and the crust is slowly changed in shape, elevation, and location under these
relentless forces.

The big mo energy in the spin is awesomely so many magnitudes of order over what
HAARP can do, it is ludricrous to suppose that the HAARP energy has any impact. ..........
