Thanks for the response Mike. But I still don't understand the answer to the question relating to the present rules and the claim that entities like JPM, and JPM in particular, are supposed to have silver in place which it is claimed they do not have and probably could not have given the numbers involved. Is there not a way to prove that contention once and for all? And wouldn't that proof put a stop to the practice or at lease get somebody placed behind bars?
