Once the private placement is completed they will absolve their shorts by delivering the new private placement shares and will then sell their warrents for about 20 cents per share thus making a risk free 25 cents per unit.

The warrants that are currently trading are priced about $0.36. Will there be 2 set of warrants trading, or will the existing warrants drop to $0.20, or what? Confused.
