Sugar may be in more supermarket products than most people are aware of. The big game for sellers lately has been giving us smaller quantities that appear to be in the sale old packaging at the same old price. I've been loading up on cane sugar at Safeway, on sale, for 40 cents a pound. I don't suspect we'll see that price again soon with continuing stronger world prices. I'm going down today for another 50 pounds or so at that "super cheap" price.
