and the extra ECU shares outstanding will not mean a hill of beans because the entrance door simply will not be large enough.....and folks with lots of shares need the liquidity when they want to take profit next decade.....still disappointed at how last 3 weeks "went down".

Is this the best deal that could be done? I'll agree to disagree with those that believe it is. That is where my frustration comes from. I know that I personally would've paid more for a subscription with these terms. To me this is just like the Saturday midnight option announcement, it doesn't sit right with me.

Having said all that, pic is right, at the end of the day, the shares don't amount to a hill of beans, and other than being temporarily pizzed right off, it won't shake me out of what I see to be massive upside potential.
