I agree with Scruffy and would also like to add that because the majority of trading is black box it just won't go there yet. Also, I think that another reason why mining hasn't taken off yet is because so many funds were hired to do dirty work for the PTB. Those funds may still be in operation but it is like a fast moving game of chicken. One by one these funds will blink or be bag holders. Everyday I read about Paulson, Van Eck some new ETF etc. Recently the Texas Teachers Retirement Fund announced they had 250M in commodities exposure and wanted to greatly increase that amount. Slowly but surely the investment world will wake up. Just look at what has been said on CNBC in the last 48 hours. Last month that would have gotten "reporters" fired. Don't worry my friends we are getting closer to our RUN. I expect the Canadian exchanges to once again be a major go to investment.
