It is the criminals running the big banks. They are painting the tape at the close of the CRIMEX and again in the access market for the close of the stock market. Given that some of the mid to larger stocks turned negative before the metal smashing I would say the criminals are also shorting the pm stocks to try and discourage more investors from entering the pm share segment.
