Golden Minerals is a junior silver producer with a strong growth profile, listed on both the NYSE Amex and TSX.
Well I'm already seeing .84 so I think we were right in predicting a serious change in this game. I have no problem with stagger steps where each day we accumulate .10 approx as this is more sustainable and doesn't inspire panic profit sales... a tent pole is never a good thing in the long run.
I think we can continue to do this, close with a good % higher (perhaps 8% or less) and then watch as the overnight thinkers withdraw their line and reset it 10 cents higher than the previous day (lets be honest, regardless of agenda, the greed for just 10 cents more always wins the day). This new line then halts our march, until the next overnight thinkers do the same. The basic thing is this... is there anyone on this board who doubts that ECU is a serious bargain in the sub 2$ range? Seriously? Personally, I'd bet my eyeballs on this stock... perhaps I already have indirectly ;) The accumulation at .52 is making me smile now, we said it was a bargain then, now I think it was like stealing from weak traders. They haven't got a single share from me sub $3.10... and I think there is more reasons to hold in now then I did at that time.
GWR's article on silver stated that there was approx. 1 billion oz of refined silver above ground at the moment... familiar figure eh? It also said that this is not a metal which can ramp up to meet demand... the demand is rising and the higher it goes, the higher the POS goes the more attractive the drilling and long term thinking about getting our stuff out of the ground will be. How attractive will 1 billion under the ground be when the price continues in a serious bull run? Sure glad I wasn't and aren't shorting this one... if only I could load Chithouse I could read the panicked messages for a good laugh. Sure to make one smile after months of determined, but dower waiting.
Now lets just hope that ECU has learned some lessons about timing announcements?
