Hi Frank,

I for one believe you, but ask politely that you take him aside and remind him that questioning the honesty of one of our most respected board members (not to mention using inappropriate language) is not a great way to show his support for this board.

As long as he stays respectful, he can say what he likes, sell when he likes and pretty much do as he likes...
