Best reason now from my perspective is that we must be more than cash positive.

That means no more share dillution, unless we want to start a big project.

I am sure we will soon demonstrate having a billion plus ounces. With the other reasons you mentioned, only blue sky ahead.

All we need is a little more patience ( I know it is a well worn phrase, but look at how we have changed over the time that it was used.).
