Couldn't agree more. Factors are lining up for the good guys. I was very disappointed at today's ECU price action, but it was on low volume and I am optimistic about ECU shaking off the shorts and making a move through the remainder of the year.

I am looking for the junior pms to finally shake loose of shorts and starting to reflect their value. One of the news letters I take thinks that the funds have had their way with juniors like ECU with a strong following and a good story. It is these kind of stocks that will outperform the rest of the sector as the sector gains in strength.
