I have said many times here that I beleive it's the dispute with GOG. We have no idea to what extent the liabilities are or what is realy at stake. I'm sure that ecu has lawyers that have looked into it as has gog. We dodn't even know when this will go to arbitration. How long it will take. Someone that has lots of shares and is in a possition to have a little more info is stopping the sp from moving either to aquire more shares cheap for himself or dumping to get out. Either way new investors would be nervous about buying in with such a performence.
