I get this vision from the movies of being on top of a building and looking to my right seeing 2 hands of someone (cartel?) hanging over the edge. The veins on the hand begin to bulge as the fingers claw desparately into the concrete. Slowly, one hand begins to slip and the inevitable then happens.

Must suck to be the cartel right now.
