I think I'd take you up on your bet. All I ask is that he be alive and competent (in a legal way) to hold office. If he decides not to run, you win, if he runs and loses, you win. If he runs and wins, I win.

I'd be willing to have GWR be the stakeholder, if he would be willing. We could even agree to have him hold it in ECU stock, or something as boring as a CD.

And if anyone else wants to get a piece of that $10K of yours, I'd be willing to let them in for a share, again with a neutral stakeholder. But the money has to be put up soon, say by the end of this month, otherwise, you or I might change our minds based on some smart or stupid thing that he does.
