Hi bud. That has happened to me a few times as I tried to pick up some more cheap ECU shares.

I am comming to believe that the strange trading patterns are the houses trading amung them selves to paint a picture rather than matching bids with asks. They are trying to block an honest reflection of what the market price of ECU should be.
