Man is that a LOT of shares on the ask side. Even with silver up nicely ECU is swimming upstream. It looks like there is a lot of ECU for sale that needs to clear before we get a sustained rise.

I sure don't understand who is giving up their chares so cheaply ...unless it is the boyz and they are selling shares they don't own.
