A few years ago I owned a company called Exxon. I sold Exxon partly because they had a 10 billion dollar law-suit filed against them (The Exxon Valdez oil spill fiasco). I thought that that law-suit was a big deal, but after seeing the share price of Exxon quadruple in a couple of years, it seemed like the market didn't share my opinion on the matter . Bottom line: I shouldn't have sold my shares in Exxon...

I'm not saying that this latest news (GoG's complaint against ECU) is not significant but on the other hand , maybe it's just a tempest in a tea-pot, if you know what I mean....
