VHF, no question commercial real estate is going to take a significant hit going forward. The fact there is no green shoot relative to commercial real estate, does not mean that they do not exist elsewhere. I don't necessarily see them elsewhere, mind you, but I agree that the commercial real estate market faces a lot more misery before hitting bottom.
