Market strangeness?

ECU has traded less than 75k shares so far into the trading day (2 1/2 hours).

I have had an order in since market open for .57 can which has not filled. Much of today's voulme has been below this price.

Can someone post the LII for ECU. I would like to the internals and try to decide if I should up my bid. I think it is a fair bid, but am of a mind to buy today anticipating a strong up move in the stock soon.
