If all you're after is an opinion, I have one of those.

ECU is on a slow, short-term downtrend, AND, gold and silver are being forced down. You know what they say, "The trend is your friend." If I were short ECU, I'd stay short until the trend reverses up, and that isn't happening yet.

Sooooo, my "just-another-guy" guess is yes, I'd say ECU will dip below .50 simply based on the current downtrend.
