Curious isnt it, 850? that's when they began their shorts, they can cover 'in the money' at 850....but will it happen. I have to believe that the cartal is in control, but there is evidence albeit circumstantial, that indeed, they are not entirely in control....THAT would be good news on multiple fronts....!!
