Good old crimex. This from last night's Midas:

"Bill, we are getting very close to a real commercial signal failure. I get home from Snowmass tonight and want to do a write-up with all the evidence, BUT we ordered silver bars and silver eagles from Tulving on June 24th - it was silver they advertised as being in inventory - but they didn't ship it until July 10. Tulving ALWAYS ships when they get your money wire, which they had from us on June 25th. What it tells me is that the silver they advertised was silver that was committed to them but not yet delivered to them.

Also, we finally received our Comex silver and my partner told the guy at our depository - First State in Delaware - that it was silver from a May contract. His response was "oh, that was only May - you're lucky, we have customers waiting much longer for gold and silver from the Comex."
