A close above $950 ($948.60 to be exact) would give gold its first higher high since it peaked at $990 in early June. This would suggest a likely trend change and clear the way for a subsequent challenge of the $1000 barrier, hopefully for the last time. I will try to throw up some charts when I get a chance.
