However I would correct you on one thing - Not when the Chinese are finished stock pilling resources, they will do that first, BUT after that they will start dumping the dollar in earnest and it may not be obvious at first. Only then will we see those resources and PMs in particular rise in price in the then depreciated dollars.
They usually say it when they are well into what ever they do or have almost completed. Until they are they will say the politically and diplomatically correct thing and many of us 'Westerners' will be in the dark just as we were with their gold buying.
