Recall Enron was not posible without the help of JPM and an asist from Aurthur Anderson setting up and camoflaging off shore shell companies. Also think "pirates of the Carribean" purchases of huge amounts of US treasuries. Then add the currrent scandal of "missing gold" and Canada is a likely candidate location for new your to carry on their nefarious acts.
