Any idea why someone would place a huge order for 10% + over yesterday's close? I just don't understand what is going on. This is the strangest trading I have ever seen in a stock.

It shows 70 lots at .60 on the ask, but it doesn't look like it gets filled. Not that I want it to, but I just don't get this trading.
