I see the ECU press release as clarifying that ECU doesn't agree with the GOG position, as expected, plus they stated clearly that ECU Silver has been acting in good faith on some issues of concern suggesting that GOG has not. I don't know what is not credible and I certainly have never seen anyone suggest that GOG would be stiffed in any San Diego re-acquisition.

Scoutaz, I suggest you call Steve at ECU and discuss your questions instead of trying to guess the issues or legitimacy of one side or the other and then try and make assumptions with maybe a few more facts instead of conjectures.

Guessing is really a waste of time before any serious research is completed and it may shed some light on your concerns which I'm sure lie with your GOG share position. I have owned GOG in the past but presently own none and have no plans to buy at this time. I won't go into why and can assure you it has nothing to do with the future potential of the San Diego property as base metals recover and move higher. As I have stated before I view the San Diego property as a little more base metals than precious metals story, this is not bad but not ideal in this present environment.
