As a shareholder in both of these companies I find it very regrettable that their relationship has deteriorated to this state. Firing off press releases aimed at disparaging each other damages both of their images and reputations without advancing their dispute. To me it is a sign of last ditch desperation on the part of GOG to get ECU to budge from a position. I was surprised to read ECU's statement about the San Diego property where they took pains to point out that San Diego is a base metal property with some silver as a byproduct and that it is well down ECU's priority list for full development and exploitation. It appears that the two companies have a poisoned relationship at present and I'm afraid that does not bode well for GOG with respect to the immediate value of San Diego being reflected in their share price. They will have to show potential in other areas to move the stock.
