I agree that it is a response to ECU's non action and the response just isn't credible.

This was brought out in a GOG financial statement earlier this year.

From a statement from one of the posters here, there seems to be an underlining opinion that ECU can stiff GOG and take the property back....

That makes me think that GOG may very well have a legitimate gripe.
