Thanks GWR, again I remember posting the exact info when CITI was seeling in March, every house but 5 are net buyers including house 83 which is near even. Given that houses 101 and 115 are only sellers the assumption that's it's the same group selling is plausible.

So far it sure looks like Sinclair will be correct. All the ducks seem aligned for a major rise in PM's. The US$ is barely hanging on and the bond ratings have started falling off again.
