I just got back from the meeting and am tired but I will try to post or answer questions tomorrow evening as I must be back downtown tomorrow morning for more meetings. The ECU meeting went well with nothing new revealed. The company is not allowed to release forecasts due to regulatory requirements but expect 1.2 million ounces of silver eq. per year from mine feed and another 40 ounces gold per day from the gold pyrite concentrate processing which should start soon, all from the new oxide mill. The 320 tpd sulphide mill is processing the tailings to produce gold pyrite con stored in tailings and this will take at least another 8-9 months to complete before starting to run sulphide ore again.

Dore is being sold now with 4 to 5 additional companies making offers to buy which are being reviewed. The dore production process is going very well. Exploration planning is ongoing but drilling will not start until later this summer or early fall as mill production operations is the top priority right now.

There were over 140 million shares represented at the meeting.
