I've been sitting watching ECU trade tick by tick for the past umpteen minutes with the bid and ask both stuck at .76US, the volume increasing by the tens of thousands, and wondering what the h'll was going on. Don't see that too often. Finally the ask moved to .77. Whatever the blockage/deal/iceberg/mystery was all about, apparently it's over, nicely resolved to the upside.
