There should be no problem to start a forum of interest to you even here at Agoracom, provided there are enough interested participants.

I suspect Agoracom is mainly for stock related topics but there must be other locations ex. Yahoo or Google where such a forum may be started.

Never hurts to try provided the topic is not socially destructive.

I used to by shy of the internet until I tried, now I have a hard time shutting up.
