So where is all this money coming from that the cartel uses to keep capping the PMs?

I thought for awhile they may be running a little low, but now that they have access to all this bailout money, how much easier can it get to shovel some of it into the gold market and stiff us bugs. No wonder they won't tell us what they do with all this money.

Screw us once, shame on you; screw us twice, this time with our own bailout money, and.....well, you know the rest.
