saying that all 19 Banks being stress tested will be strong....that they all have good earnings.( He never metioned the bail out $ they were playing the markets with):

1) He is trying to create optimism for the markets (saying nothing about huge insider sellng), and be a good, patriotic American.

2) He was told to say something positive.

3) He and Charley have finally rid their derivatives anchor and will prromote like crazy now. Odd, they mentioned tihng about the global derivatives monster.
