The only issue I have with this:

If the price is held low so someone, or many someone's, can buy at this reduced price, well it's been here for a long, long, looonnnnnng time. What are those someone's waiting for? It's obvious that any buying at .55 results in more Asks showing up at .55, so those someone's could buy all they wanted at .55 until the Second Coming.
