I wasn't expecting an up move to the first-pour news, since it was hardly a suprise. I thought that perhaps there might even be a downward move in the SP. You know the old saying... "Buy the rumour, sell the news".

It would be nice if the BNN "talking head" shows mentioned ECU once in a while. But according to this web page, which tracks ECU discussions by BNN guests, there has been zip since last August. Contrast that with BNN guest coverage of Teck Cominco... It seems like every couple of days somebody gets through with a Teck question.
