Scotia picked up some 160000, so some deep pocket seems to like ECU. Anonymous playing the bad guy today perhaps. Coughed up some 60000 shortly after the opening to satisfy some early buyers and kicked in 115000 of the Scotia buy. Sure feels like someone doesn't want this pot to boil regardless of how high the heat gets turned up.
