I (and others I talk to) believe there is still an overhang from the Issue and also that some are selling the shares and keeping the warrants. There is also a lot of buying and selling for a penny or two that also doesn't help when the SP is trying to break out. Once this starts to move there will likely still be a tough road to $1 and then the move to $2 will be much quicker IMO.
