Could it be that Citigroup is paying back (with US taxpayers money) the Canadian collaborators in the ECU supression scheme (like there are several others)?

It would be good to put all sales by Citigroup on record for eventual future lawsuits. It seems Citi is representing a graveyard for naked short sales.
