When criminals NAKED short sell they have no Intention of buying back the shares. This is very lucrative at this stage of ECU s share price because these criminals are guaranteed a buyer. They then pocket the money

THIS ACTION DILUTES THE COMPANYS SHARES.

It is almost impossible to detct this action because the paper trail becomes so ambiguous.
