The HUI amd XAU Indexes are currently pushing on and above their respective 1000 day moving average lines. GoldCorp continues to add relative strength to both averages while trading higher at 34.78 up 66 cents in US funds and is confirming its recent breakout above 32.50 is for real and significant.

The XAU is up 2.75 at 139.70, passing its 1000 day at about 137.50.

The HUI is higher at 333.29 up 6.75 while currently being above its 1000 day average by better than 8 points.

It remains to be seen if the action in both Indexes will continue higher and be significant as GoldCorp, only time will tell.

The Dow Jones Averages continue to trade higher from their recent lows. The DOW is up about 300 points and is reaching to touch the cliff that it fell from at 7885 where the 5000 day average resides. The last on the DOW is 7591.79. According to Martin Armstrong it would appear that the"waterfall effect" in values in the general stock market will resume once this dead cat bounce has ended.
